Zahava Farkas, DO

Dr. Farkas is a highly skilled and compassionate gastroenterologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions. She earned her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency, chief residency, and Gastroenterology fellowship at the Westchester Medical Center in Old Westbury, New York.

With experience in both outpatient settings and treating high-acuity patients during inpatient coverage, Dr. Farkas brings a well-rounded expertise to her practice. After years in private practice on Long Island, she joined Gastroenterology Associates of New Jersey (GANJ), where she currently practices General Gastroenterology.

Dr. Farkas is deeply committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on building strong, trusting relationships with her patients.
